Helping Hands Food Pantry is always in need of assistance from our generous community members. The food items that are most needed are:

• Cereal/Oatmeal/Pancake Mix
• Parmalat/Powdered Milk
• Fruit Juice 
• Canned Fish/Meat
• Canned Vegetables
• Canned Fruit 
• Peanut Butter & Jelly 
• Hearty Soup or Stew
• Rice
• Pasta & Sauce

To send assistance in the form of a check please either come into our office at 1400 Palisades Avenue in Teaneck or mail it to our mailing address at 818 Teaneck Road
