Once you've emailed us requesting an application form, a pantry volunteer will get back to you within a few days explaining the process

How many times per week can I pick up groceries and fresh baked goods?

Helping Hands offers a pick up once per week

I live outside of Teaneck, am I still eligible for Helping Hands Food Pantry?

We will help to assist any Bergen county resident and connect them with the proper programs
Priority for providing food assistance is given to The Township of Teaneck, please use the link above for immediate assistance options if needed
